For premises of 100 to 300 m², a complete renovation (demolition, finishing works, flooring, painting, lighting) generally takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the initial condition and the desired level of finish. This timeframe is confirmed after a site visit and assessment.
Yes. We are accustomed to working outside normal hours in commercial premises that cannot close. The conditions (potential additional cost, safety organisation) are defined in advance and included in the quote.

Yes. We regularly work with franchisor technical specifications. Send us your network's technical requirements, we will review them, identify the key points of attention and confirm our ability to execute them before signing.
We can assist you with the administrative procedures or manage them entirely according to your preferences. Road permits, works declarations, coordination with the co-ownership — we are well acquainted with these procedures in Luxembourg.
