Does COMODO operate as a general contractor or as a single trade?
Primarily as a general contractor, coordinating all trades. We can also work on specific trades depending on the project organisation.
What are the response times for a price offer?
We commit to providing a complete offer within the timeframe communicated at submission. For a standard project, expect around 10 to 15 working days for a detailed, itemized quote.
Does COMODO work on Luxembourg public procurement projects?
Yes. We participate in public tenders in Luxembourg and in the Province of Luxembourg. Our administrative organization is adapted to meet public procurement requirements.
How are modifications managed during the worksite?
Any modification is formalized through a written change order before execution. No additional work is carried out without written approval from the client and the architect.
Does COMODO operate in the Province of Luxembourg for architectural projects?
Yes. We are active throughout the Belgian Province of Luxembourg, including Arlon, Bastogne, Virton, Florenville, and Marche-en-Famenne, with the same standards as in the Grand Duchy.
