The Coordination Your Worksites Demand

Complex renovation in Luxembourg: the coordination your
worksites demand.

Complex renovation projects accumulate constraints: unpredictable existing structures, intensive coordination
between trades, tight contractual deadlines, demanding clients. COMODO takes them on with a structured worksite
organisation and a dedicated project manager.

Types of Complex Renovation COMODO Delivers

Renovation of Occupied Residential Buildings

Phased renovation of an occupied residential building: facades, roofing, common areas, technical installations. Coordination with occupants, protection of uninvolved units, phasing respectful of residents’ daily lives.

Renovation of Active Commercial Buildings

Offices, retail, hotels, educational establishments. We plan works outside of operating hours or by distinct zones to maintain operations during the works.

Full Renovation Between Two Occupancies

Short intervention window between the departure of one tenant and the arrival of the next. Maximum team mobilisation and day-by-day scheduling.

Comprehensive Compliance Upgrades

Disabled access (PRM), fire safety, electrical compliance, sanitary compliance. These upgrades often affect the entire building and require coordination between technical and fit-out trades.

Our Organisation on Complex Worksites

Thorough Preparation

Validated execution plans, confirmed reservations, coordination schedules established, contractors briefed. A well-prepared worksite is a worksite that runs without surprises.

Full-Time Project Manager

On complex worksites, our project manager is present full-time. They know every detail of the project and are your direct point of contact at all times.

Shared Dashboards

Physical progress by zone, committed vs. planned budget, open snagging items, updated schedule. Access to our real-time monitoring tools available on request.

Critical Interface Management

We map interfaces before work begins and manage them with dedicated coordination meetings, without waiting for conflicts to arise on the worksite.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does COMODO ensure continuity of operations during works?

We establish a detailed phasing plan that separates work zones from operational zones. Interfaces between the two zones are protected and secured. Disruptive working hours are agreed with the client before work begins.

We establish a logistical plan from the preparation phase: delivery time slots, dedicated storage areas, separate circulation for occupants and workers.

Both configurations are possible. We act as a general contractor or as the holder of a specific lot depending on the organization defined for the contract.

Weekly reports as a minimum, with progress photos, a snagging list and an updated schedule. During critical phases, we can switch to twice-daily reporting.
