On a commercial space, missing reservations are costly. Before the first hammer blow, we validate all technical plans with you: duct runs, column positions, drainage, electrical feeds. Zero forgotten reservations.

We work backwards from your desired opening date. The worksite schedule is built to honour that commitment, with identified safety margins and a catch-up plan prepared for every critical phase.

Does COMODO work as a general contractor or can it take on the structural works only?
Both are possible. We most often act as a general contractor coordinating all trades, but we can also carry out the structural works alone if you already have designated contractors for the finishing works.
How do you manage the constraints of a commercial worksite in a city centre?
We establish an adapted site installation plan from the preparatory phase: delivery access, nuisance management for neighbouring residents, coordination with municipal authorities for road permits. Experience in constrained urban environments is one of our core competencies.
Can you deliver a commercial unit as a shell and then fit it out to the brand's concept?
Yes, this is even our preferred approach for brands with a defined concept store. We deliver the technical shell (reservations, reinforced electrical supply, plumbing, ventilation) and then carry out the fit-out according to the plans of your interior architect or design team.
What timelines should be planned for the construction of a standard commercial unit?
For a standard commercial unit of 200 to 500 m², allow 3 to 5 months from the start of construction to handover of keys. This timeframe is confirmed during the preparation phase and contractualized.
Does COMODO work with franchises and national or international brands?
Yes. We are accustomed to working with technical brand specifications imposed by franchisors. We read and comply with franchise technical standards, and interact directly with the technical departments of franchisors if necessary.
