New Buildings and Extensions
COMODO delivers commercial units, restaurants, showrooms and new office spaces in Luxembourg and the Belgian
Province of Luxembourg. Structural works, weathertight shell, complete fit-out, full trade coordination.
Technical rigour, anticipated coordination and respect for opening deadlines
On a commercial space, missing reservations are costly. Before the first hammer blow, we validate all technical plans with you: duct runs, column positions, drainage, electrical feeds. Zero forgotten reservations.
We work backwards from your desired opening date. The worksite schedule is built to honour that commitment, with identified safety margins and a catch-up plan prepared for every critical phase.
Do you already have designated technical contractors (IT installer, kitchen contractor, signage supplier)? We integrate them into our worksite coordination from the preparatory phase. One schedule, one site meeting.
If you want a turnkey delivery including signage, wayfinding and window dressing, HELLO DECO (DG Group) works in full coordination with COMODO. One date, one point of contact.
Both are possible. We most often act as a general contractor coordinating all trades, but we can also carry out the structural works alone if you already have designated contractors for the finishing works.
We establish an adapted site installation plan from the preparatory phase: delivery access, nuisance management for neighbouring residents, coordination with municipal authorities for road permits. Experience in constrained urban environments is one of our core competencies.
Yes, this is even our preferred approach for brands with a defined concept store. We deliver the technical shell (reservations, reinforced electrical supply, plumbing, ventilation) and then carry out the fit-out according to the plans of your interior architect or design team.
For a standard commercial unit of 200 to 500 m², allow 3 to 5 months from the start of construction to handover of keys. This timeframe is confirmed during the preparation phase and contractualized.
Yes. We are accustomed to working with technical brand specifications imposed by franchisors. We read and comply with franchise technical standards, and interact directly with the technical departments of franchisors if necessary.
