COMODO is committed to respecting the privacy of website users, particularly in the processing of their personal data.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, information may be collected and stored in a computerized file managed by COMODO, 9 Rue Charles Kieffer, L-8389 Grass. This processing is based on the following purpose(s): sending communications regarding construction and renovation topics in the broad sense, as well as COMODO’s services in these areas. These data will be kept for as long as the user’s subscription remains active. In the event of user unsubscription, COMODO undertakes to delete the data in its possession.
Users of the website are informed that, under the aforementioned European regulation, they have various rights: the right of access to their personal data, the right to rectification, deletion, and objection regarding their personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, users must contact: contact@comodo.lu.
Monitoring and review of communications
COMODO reserves the right to monitor and review information relating to messages, such as content, origin, or destination, if it reasonably believes that all or part of such communications are related to illegal or unlawful activities, or if it is instructed to do so by competent authorities.
Unless monitoring is carried out at the request of competent authorities, COMODO’s review will only concern public or non-confidential messages, i.e., information found on a web page, messages in discussion forums, or mass emails, without this list being exhaustive.
