Direct ordering from FMG, Laminam, or Neolith. Color validation using physical samples. Manufacturing lead time: 6 to 10 weeks.

Substructure and fixings

Installation of the aluminum substructure while respecting flatness tolerances. Certified mechanical fixings according to the manufacturer’s technical approval.

Panel installation and handover

Installation carried out by manufacturer-trained teams, with complete photographic traceability. Final handover including as-built drawings, installation reports, and 10-year warranties.

What ceramic panel formats do you offer?

We mainly work with large-format panels: 120 × 280 cm, in thicknesses of 6 mm, 12 mm, or 20 mm depending on the architect’s specifications. Finishes available: matte, satin, textured. Our approved suppliers include FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti, Laminam, Neolith, and Pietra Firma.

How do you manage the panel layout to respect architectural patterns?

We produce a detailed panel layout plan before ordering the panels. If you work in BIM, we integrate the fixings and substructure into your model. Otherwise, we produce 2D drawings with precise dimensions for vertical and horizontal joints. Validation with the architect is mandatory before manufacturing.

What is the manufacturing lead time for ceramic panels?

After approval of the layout plan and order confirmation: 6 to 10 weeks of manufacturing at the Italian supplier’s facilities (FMG, Laminam). Transport + 1 additional week. Total lead time: allow 8 to 12 weeks between order placement and delivery to site. We integrate this timeframe into the overall project schedule from the design phase onward.

What warranty is provided for a ventilated ceramic façade?

Manufacturer warranty on the panels: 10 years (freeze resistance, mechanical strength, color stability). COMODO installation warranty: 10 years (fixings, waterproofing, safety). Complete documentation provided in the handover file: installation reports, as-built drawings, and manufacturer compliance certificates.
