Preliminary Technical Study
Assessment of the substrate, identification of critical points, and validation of system/substrate compatibility. Technical report provided.

System Validation & Technical Approvals
Selection of the appropriate EIFS system (Weber, STO, Baumit), with provision of Certified Technical Approvals and thermal performance data sheets.

Installation with Full Traceability
Execution by manufacturer-trained teams, progress and critical-point photo documentation, and compliance with coordination schedules.

Handover & As-Built Documentation
Joint final inspection, resolution of outstanding remarks, and delivery of the complete handover file including as-built drawings and 10-year manufacturer warranties.

Which EIFS / ETICS systems are compatible with Luxembourg’s AAA energy class?
We work exclusively with systems that hold Certified Technical Approvals and comply with Luxembourg’s energy performance standards (AAA, AAB). Our approved suppliers include Weber, STO, and Baumit. A detailed technical data sheet is provided for each system before work begins.
Can I freely choose the color and texture of my facade?
Yes, provided local municipal regulations are respected. Some municipalities impose specific colors or materials. COMODO verifies these requirements before presenting you with the available options.
How long does EIFS / ETICS installation take?
For a standard single-family home, installation generally takes between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the surface area and the complexity of the project.
Is external thermal insulation eligible for Klima-Agence subsidies in Luxembourg?
Yes. External thermal insulation systems are eligible for Klima-Agence grants, subject to performance requirements. COMODO can advise you on the applicable eligibility conditions.
