At what stage can COMODO get involved?
As early as the technical-plans stage, to anticipate service voids, floor build-ups, duct runs and junction details. The earlier we get involved, the more smoothly the project runs.
How is coordination between the different trades handled?
COMODO directs all interior trades (joiner, tiler, dryliner, painter, plumber) under a single responsibility. You have one point of contact for the whole project.
Does COMODO work with our suppliers and specified materials?
Yes. We work to your specifications : mandated suppliers, exact references, specific finishes. If an alternative is needed, it is submitted for your approval before any procurement.
Can we entrust COMODO with all the interior works or only certain trades?
Both. You can hand us the entire interior fit-out or a single targeted trade. Either way, the responsibility and the point of contact remain single.
Does one contact follow the project from plan to handover?
Yes. A dedicated project manager knows your file in detail, attends site meetings and is directly reachable, from the first plan through to snag clearance.
