with uneven joints or a failing drainage system compromises the overall quality of the project, regardless
of the excellence of the building itself.

demand: precise levelling plans, coordination with underground networks, selection of materials suited
to the Luxembourg climate, and rigorous management of interfaces with the building.

Landscape & Civil Engineering Coordination
We work in coordination with landscape and civil engineering design offices. Drainage networks, automatic irrigation, exterior lighting, drainage — all technical trades are integrated from the preparation phase.
Premium Sourced Materials
Belgian blue stone, Porcelanosa or Marazzi porcelain stoneware, FSC-certified exotic timber, architectural concrete. We work with specialist suppliers and provide samples for validation before ordering.
Level and Slope Compliance
Exterior landscaping demands execution precision on finished levels, drainage slopes and interfaces with existing buildings. We produce levelling plans before work begins.
Building/Exterior Interface Management
Door thresholds, terrace/facade junctions, slab continuity, rainwater drainage. These interfaces are often a source of defects if poorly managed. We document and validate them in advance.

Can COMODO work on exterior landscaping in coordination with a landscape designer?
Yes. We are experienced in working in coordination with landscape design offices or landscape architects. We execute their plans and manage coordination with civil engineering and network trades.
How does COMODO guarantee rainwater drainage on terraces and exterior paving?
We produce a detailed levelling plan before the start of works, with drainage slopes towards the discharge points. Minimum slopes are 1.5% unless otherwise specified. Each drainage point is tested before handover.
Can COMODO supply exterior materials (stone, porcelain stoneware, timber)?
Yes. We source materials from our partner suppliers and provide you with samples for approval. We also manage order quantities with safety margins for any potential repairs.
4. Can exterior landscaping works be carried out on an occupied site?
Yes, subject to adapted phasing and protection of occupied areas. We establish a site circulation plan and an intervention schedule validated with the occupants and the project owner.
