External Thermal Insulation (ETI)
ETICS systems, insulating ventilated cladding, ventilated facades with integrated insulation. We carry out ETI works in strict compliance with execution details: thermal bridge treatment, junctions with joinery, insulation continuity.
Replacement of Exterior Joinery
High-performance windows and French doors, triple glazing, integrated thermal bridge break. We coordinate replacement with ETI works to guarantee perfect thermal continuity.
Roof and Loft Insulation
Flat roofs, pitched roofs, lost or converted loft spaces. We comply with the details prescribed by the design office and ensure continuity with the other elements of the thermal envelope.
Technical Systems Renovation
Boiler replacement, heat pump installation, underfloor heating, dual-flow mechanical ventilation (MVHR), regulation systems. We coordinate technical trades with each other and with the fit-out works.

Reading Calculation Notes
We read and integrate thermal calculation notes. When an execution specification appears difficult to implement, we flag it in writing before starting.
Execution Control Sheets
For each critical item (junctions, connections, insulation thicknesses), we complete control sheets with photographs. These sheets are transmitted to the design office and the architect throughout the worksite.
Technical Coordination Meetings
We participate in coordination meetings with the thermal design office, particularly for complex interface points. This active involvement prevents divergent interpretations of specifications.
