How are material deliveries planned on an occupied-site worksite?
We establish a logistical plan from the preparation phase: delivery time slots, dedicated storage areas, separate circulation for occupants and workers.
Can COMODO work on separate trades or only as a general contractor?
Both configurations are possible. We act as a general contractor or as the holder of a specific lot depending on the organization defined for the contract.
How frequently are worksite progress reports issued on complex projects?
Weekly reports as a minimum, with progress photos, a snagging list and an updated schedule. During critical phases, we can switch to twice-daily reporting.
