Before any worksite begins, our project manager studies the file in depth. They identify critical points, anticipate complex interfaces and submit their questions before starting. Not during.
A dedicated technical point of contact.
You do not have to manage multiple contacts across different trades. One COMODO project manager is your sole reference from day one to final handover. They know your project, your language and your standards.
BIM integration and digital models.
Our teams work with the BIM models you provide. We can also produce our own as-built surveys and integrate them into your model. Digital coordination reduces on-site errors.
Written and respected deadlines.
Our schedules are contractualised. Every milestone is documented. In the event of an unforeseen issue, you are informed immediately with a proposed solution — not an excuse.

How We Work Together

Initial Contact & Project Brief
You submit your project to us via our B2B form or by direct contact. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and schedule a technical exchange within 48 hours.

Technical Study & Price Offer
We analyse the file (plans, technical specifications, project description), carry out quantity surveying and submit a detailed, item-by-item price offer within the timeframe you specify.

Pre-Worksite Coordination
Worksite preparation meeting, schedule validation, setting up interfaces with other trades, verification of site access and constraints.

Execution & Reporting
Execution in accordance with the contract documents. Weekly worksite progress report. Access to monitoring photos. Immediate flagging of any unforeseen issue with a proposed solution.

Handover & Snagging
Participation in the joint inspection. Resolution of all snagging items within contractual deadlines. Submission of the as-built works file (DOE).
BIM Integration: Let's Work in the Same Model.
BIM is no longer optional in Luxembourg construction. Public projects and major private projects increasingly require it. COMODO has invested in training its teams and in the tools needed to work in a collaborative BIM environment.
We accept and use IFC models provided by your design offices. We can produce execution notes integrable into your model. And we participate in BIM coordination meetings with your teams.
